- A blend of folinic acid and methylfolate to support different points of the folate cycle, which is involved in DNA and RNA synthesis, gene expression, amino acid synthesis and metabolism, as well as the production of neurotransmitters (dopamine, epinephrine and serotonin).
- Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.
- Betaine Anhydrous (TMG), phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine to support the BHMT enzyme and to conserve methylation respectively.
