For your protection, as we only sell our products to healthcare practitioners and independent pharmacies, we require a copy of your professional license and company letterhead or business card with your first order. This helps ensure that we do not sell to retail patients ordering products directly from us rather than through your office and expertise. All products ordered from NSI must be sold directly to patients in office or in a password-protected patient portal.
When placing an order, please refer to the appropriate product codes (located in our catalog and price sheet). This will enable us to process your order more efficiently.

Every effort will be made to ship orders taken prior to 12:00 noon that day.
Orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx, with drop shipping done through USPS. Please allow adequate time to receive your shipment, as shipping times vary due to location and carrier. Visit carrier websites for transit times to your destination. If you’d like to track your shipment with a tracking number, please provide an email address with your order.
Please enjoy free shipping on orders over $500*, orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via ground shipping. If a faster option is required, your account will be charged the difference. NSI reserves the right to use the carrier of our choice for orders that receive free shipping.
Effective June 1, 2020 when orders leave our warehouse, NSI will not assume responsibility for a lost or missing package. If the customer requests that the order is reshipped, the customers card will be charged for the replacement order. A credit will be issued upon the return of the original shipment, either from the delivery company or from the customer. This policy does include orders that are drop shipped.
Please note that NSI will make every attempt to retrieve the package with the carrier and NSI encourages our clients to do the same with the tracking number provided.

All new accounts must be set up with a credit card on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not accept returns unless prior approval has been obtained for special cases within 30 days of ordering. All products must be returned in re-sellable condition (no additional labels or writing on packaging). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We do not issue call tags for products returned unless our office has made an error in the order. Our office must be notified prior to the return of any product.
We offer custom manufacturing of private-label nutritional products. Our creative services are also available to customize and produce labels that conform to labeling regulations.
Please note, private labeled products do NOT have to be sold in a patient password controlled environment!
A 24-bottle minimum is required for all private label orders.
We own our manufacturing, Randal Optimal Nutrients, which allows us the versatility to manufacture your formula for you. We offer the lowest minimums in the industry with as low as 50,000 capsules or tablets and 500 containers for powders.
